What We Offer * 1099 commission-based sales role * Competitive commission structure with ongoing bonus opportunities * Supportive, high-energy work environment * Detailed training program * Training pay available through bonuses and commissions * Performance contests with additional bonus payouts * Company-provided leads (supplemental), though the role is primarily D2D * Real upward mobility in a booming construction field What You 'll Do * Conduct exterior inspections for roofs, gutters, and siding * Educate homeowners and build trust through expert guidance * Write and close roofing contracts * Collect payments and manage paperwork * Oversee each project from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction What You Need * Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license * Self-starter mentality; motivated, disciplined, and coachable * Reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder * Willing to work a five-day work week with Saturdays required every week. * Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift 50 lbs * Not afraid of heights and able to work outdoors * Strong communication skills with a goal-oriented mindset * Cell phone required * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Eligibility to use company trucks (must be 21+ with approved MVR) If you enjoy outside D2D sales, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want true earning potential backed by a respected national brand, this is your moment.
