As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive in the Harrisburg, PA area to join our dynamic sales team. Basic Job Functions: * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal development and closing deals. * Meet with agricultural and land-development prospects, including farms, wineries, solar energy projects, and other commercial landowners to provide education on the benefits of Farm Drainage and the services our company provides. * Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio of rural, agricultural, and infrastructure-related projects. * Remain compliant with Alleghany Services policies and procedures, especially as they relate to sales activities and client engagement. * Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to leadership, including key performance indicators and results related to closed business and anticipated new opportunities within the sales pipeline. * Collaborate closely with Alleghany's internal Engineering and Construction teams to align on company goals, project feasibility, and execution strategies. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: * Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. * Ensure all company safety regulations are upheld. * Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: The Account Executive position is customer-facing and instrumental in making other areas of the organization perform more effectively. Annual salary plus a monthly commission structure.
