This role focuses exclusively on sales and lead generation, targeting both single-unit and multi-unit commercial accounts. The NBD does not handle re-inspections or product installations, allowing for a full focus on business development. Responsibilities * Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory * Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers * Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals * Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities * Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations * Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas Qualifications * Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role * Strong communication and presentation skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Experience using CRM tools is preferred * Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Company Overview THE SEALS provides restaurants throughout the United States with the highest quality refrigeration gaskets available, plus additional niche services for commercial kitchen operators.
