Job Title: Sales Representative - Commercial Printing Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Penmor Lithographers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales of our commercial printing products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of print production processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets such as publishers, corporations, and organizations. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their ongoing print needs. * Present and promote printing products and related services, including marketing materials, catalogs, fulfillment, and promotional products. * Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client specifications. * Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. * Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports using CRM software. * Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial printing, packaging, or related industries. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build lasting client relationships and understand diverse customer needs. * Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of printing processes and terminology is a significant advantage. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
