Full description of the position
Navineer is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for managing the Inside Sales team and initiatives to drive top of funnel opportunities for the sales organization. Working closely with management to build out the sales development strategy to meet sales targets, this individual will also help close deals. Responsibilities * Work closely with the team to define and track performance metrics * Design and document best practices and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of the team and suggest improvements as needed * Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts * Build an open communication environment and motivate the team through dedicated coaching * Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure brand consistency and increased sales Qualifications * 3+years proven experience as a Manager or Team Lead * Successful career in small to medium customer market - a big plus * Successful track record of selling solutions in Modern IT environments * Full sales cycle experience meeting or exceeding goals * Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel * In-depth understanding of sales admin process * Excellent interpersonal and team management skills * Highly organized, with strong analytical skills * Excellent problem-solving skills * BS degree in sales or relevant field Skills * Creative, critical and solutions-oriented thinker * Strong leadership and mentorship qualities * Results-driven, self-starter and able to be disciplined with limited direct supervision * Multitasker with the ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment * Fast learner, technical acumen * Ability and desire to guide and coach new sales professionals * Excellent communication with inter-personal skills * Ability to demonstrate teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Competitive salary and benefits For inquiries please email Bill Raftery: [please apply online]Navineer
