Commercial Sales Manager - Watsonville Auto Group (Ford, Chevrolet, CDJR) A CAREER NOT A JOB! Location: Watsonville, CA Job Type: Full-time About Us Watsonville Auto Group represents leading brands -- Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram -- serving the Central Coast with pride. We're expanding our commercial sales division and looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive environment. Position Overview The Commercial Sales Manager will oversee commercial vehicle sales operations across multiple brands, leading a team that serves business clients, fleet accounts, and government contracts. You'll be responsible for driving growth, building partnerships, and ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the commercial vehicle sales team across all group franchises. * Develop and maintain relationships with business and government clients. * Build and execute strategic plans to grow fleet and commercial market share. * Oversee CRM activity and ensure accurate tracking in E-LEADS. * Partner with service and parts departments to support fleet clients. * Train and coach sales staff to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals. * Track performance metrics, forecasts, and monthly sales reporting. Minimum Requirements * 3+ years of commercial sales experience * 1+ years of management experience in the automotive sector. * CRM-oriented and highly organized (E-LEADS experience preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and customer-relationship skills. * Proven ability to exceed targets and manage multiple brand lines effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing business accounts, fleet clients, or government bids. * Knowledge of commercial truck and van upfitting options. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
