Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience. * Assist customers with product selections, offering knowledgeable recommendations and product demos when needed. * Operate payment device accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly. * Upsell additional items or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Keep the work vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks such as loading, route selections, and customer assistance. Requirements * Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! * Strong communication skills with a friendly etiquette for engaging customers over the phone or in person. * Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing math calculations. * Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures (preferred but not required). * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
