You'll be a crucial link between our sales team and management, gaining a holistic understanding of our business from the ground up. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring these events run smoothly--supporting representatives, managing logistics, and helping drive meaningful impact in the communities we serve. What Will I Be Doing as a Sales Support Coordinator? * Prepare promotional event materials, including branded flyers, sign-up tablets, and inventory such as phones, SIM cards, and accessories. * Coordinate schedules and logistics for field events and sales activities, helping the team stay organized and on track. * Support the sales team in real time, answering questions about program details, resolving issues, and ensuring reps have what they need to succeed. * Process and verify customer enrollment paperwork, maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. * Manage inventory of supplies and marketing materials, keeping everything well-stocked, organized, and ready for deployment. * Communicate daily goals and updates between sales reps and management, helping align priorities and drive performance. * Assist with post-event reporting and analysis, capturing insights to improve future outreach and engagement. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Sales Support Coordinator? * High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or training in business, communications, or customer service is a plus. * Prior experience in administrative support, retail, or customer service is helpful--but not required. * Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. * Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable tone. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to helping others succeed.
