Trainee - Junior Sales - Industrial Sales Ready to move from general sales to the income potential available in professional industrial sales? Our growing company has an entry-level position for someone who has the desire to take their existing sales skills to the next level in industrial sales. Lusida Rubber Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom rubber, plastic, metal parts with many ongoing projects in many industries. Under the guidance of a senior sales professional, you will learn the working knowledge necessary to match customer needs with our capabilities to produce and deliver the customized rubber, plastic and metal parts vital to customer success. If you can talk to people, develop and maintain business relationships, grasp the vocabulary and working knowledge needed to communicate with industry professionals, and in general, want to learn what it takes to win the business of new and existing industrial customers, then this opportunity is for you. High income potential. Pay is primarily based on commissions with a base pay while you learn the position and develop customer accounts. Let's talk! This is not a remote position. Description of Junior Sales position: * Identify prospective customers using your experience and research, using business directories, following leads from existing clients, etc. * Collaborate with our marketing team developing markets. * Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and our capabilities. * Negotiate prices and sales agreements in coordination with our sales support team. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience * Efficient with computers, especially Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar programs) * General sales experience. * Must be very proficient at solving problems. Pay * Base $18.00 to $25.00 depending on experience (business-to-business industrial sales) plus commissions. Location * Our office is located in Rosemead, California * This is not a remote position.
