PnD Analytics - Manteca, CA (Remote) $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions | Full-Time About PnD Analytics We're a fast-growing SaaS startup revolutionizing payroll for FedEx service contractors with our automated wage calculator. At $11K+ monthly recurring revenue and climbing, we're scaling our inside sales team to hit $50K MRR by year-end. The Role As our first dedicated Sales Rep, you'll own the full funnel: Sourcing leads via indeed and our contractor list, booking demos with logistics pros, and closing deals for our $29/$50 week tool that saves users hours on payroll calculations and driver training. This is remote inside sales--no cold doors, just smart outreach from home. Target: 50-100 Calls a day/ 20 qualified leads/week and 8-10 closes/month to crush quota. * Prospect and qualify FedEx contractors via our lists and lead gen prospects * Run virtual demos highlighting ROI * Negotiate and close subscriptions--quick 2-4 week cycles. * Collaborate with our founder on strategy; report weekly pipeline wins; nurture exsisting customers. What We're Looking For * 1-3 years B2B sales experience (SaaS, logistics, or tech preferred; entry-level hustlers welcome if you've got proven volume). * Resilience under pressure--bonus if you've thrived in high-stakes scenarios like missionary service, startups, or door-to-door sales. We value that unshakeable work ethic! * Self-starter mindset: Comfortable with 40-50 hours/week of focused outreach. * Tech-savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, Zoom, and sourcing solutions to problems. * Bonus: Familiarity with payroll/logistics or returned missionary network for rapport-building. Compensation & Perks * Base Salary : $50,000/year (paid bi-weekly). * Uncapped Commissions : $125 Commission on every closed deal * Lead Gen SPIFs : $75 per qualified lead generated and closed on top of Normal commission. * Equity : 0.5% options vesting over 4 years--own a piece of the upside.
