At Sunny Days, our stylists provide personalized, fun and helpful customer service and product knowledge to our guests. Stylists must excel in a fast pace work environment, have a passion for fashion, love customer service, be open to learning about new products, and find fulfillment in independent styling. Responsibilities: * Provide superior customer service. * Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals * Proactively interact with customers to create a warm, friendly shopping environment. * Work with customers to find sizes, try on items, and suggest add-ons. * Conduct sales, returns, and exchanges. * Maintain the sales floor by styling mannequins, spacing out hangers, and returning items to the appropriate rack. * Help with personal styling appointments as needed.
