Roofing & Home Exteriors Sales Rep - Barkley-Jensen Roofing (Company Leads | High Commissions | Flexible Structure) Barkley-Jensen Roofing & Restoration is looking for experienced roofing sales reps who enjoy working with homeowners, running clean inspections, and managing projects the right way. We provide consistent company-generated opportunities and a strong operational foundation. Your role is to inspect, educate, build trust, and close work when it makes sense -- without door knocking, cold calling, or unnecessary pressure. What You'll Do * Run company-provided appointments from inspection through completion * Inspect roofs and exteriors; attend adjuster meetings when needed * Educate homeowners and help them understand their options * Close projects when timing and scope make sense * Communicate clearly using our CRM * Represent the company professionally from start to finish What We're Looking For * Home exterior sales experience (2+ years preferred) * Consistent, responsible production * Professional, easy-going, and trustworthy * Strong communication and follow-through * Comfortable with inspections and homeowner conversations * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally This isn't a pressure-sales environment.
