Roofing & Home Exteriors Sales Rep - Barkley-Jensen Roofing (Company Leads | High Commissions | Flexible Structure) Barkley-Jensen Roofing & Restoration is looking for experienced roofing sales reps who enjoy working with homeowners, running clean inspections, and managing projects the right way. We provide consistent company-generated opportunities and a strong operational foundation. Your role is to inspect, educate, build trust, and close work when it makes sense -- without door knocking, cold calling, or unnecessary pressure. What You'll Do

• Run company-provided appointments from inspection through completion
• Inspect roofs and exteriors; attend adjuster meetings when needed
• Educate homeowners and help them understand their options
• Close projects when timing and scope make sense
• Communicate clearly using our CRM
• Represent the company professionally from start to finish What We're Looking For
• Home exterior sales experience (2+ years preferred)
• Consistent, responsible production
• Professional, easy-going, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Comfortable with inspections and homeowner conversations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally This isn't a pressure-sales environment. It is a place for reps who know how to handle homeowners properly and take pride in their work.
