Your Day-to-Day as the Client Sales Advisor: * Proactively approach customers, initiate conversations, and clearly articulate the benefits and features of AT&T's current offers and services. * Understand individual customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable AT&T products and services, guiding them through the selection process. * Effectively overcome objections, secure sales agreements, and manage the sales process from start to finish with professionalism and efficiency. * Accurately document details of customer engagements, including preferences, inquiries, and feedback, for future reference and analysis. * Work cooperatively with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to collective efforts to achieve and surpass sales targets. * Exhibit a positive attitude, maintain a professional demeanor, and uphold the company's image in all interactions with customers. * Actively participate in team discussions, offering creative suggestions and actionable insights to improve sales approaches and outcomes. * Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn, rapidly adjusting to new AT&T promotions, product updates, and evolving customer requirements.
