Wow Video Tours is growing, and we 're gearing up to expand our Business Development team in 2026! Although our exact hiring timeline is still being finalized, we're starting to connect with talented candidates now so we're ready to move quickly in the new year. The Business Development Support Specialist is a hybrid sales role responsible for driving growth within select Wow Video Tours markets while also serving as a centralized inside sales resource for the entire Business Development team. This role functions as the "one step behind" support layer for Business Development Specialists--providing consistent outbound prospecting, inbound lead handling, client education, and sales cycle coordination. The position ensures coverage during peak seasons, high-volume periods, PTO, and strategic initiatives while contributing to reliable market growth and exceptional client experience across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to Wow Video Tours' core values and service standards. Key Responsibilities Market-Specific Sales (Primary Assigned Markets) * Manage sales activities, lead generation, and client relationships within assigned markets. * Conduct outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline building to increase market share. * Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, teams, and offices. * Monitor local market trends and provide actionable insights to leadership. Company-Wide Inside Sales Support * Respond to inbound sales calls, emails, web inquiries, and warm leads. * Assist in upselling high-value services. * Support Business Development Specialists across all markets during high-volume seasons, PTO coverage, or special campaigns. * Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure seamless communication, handoffs, and client experience. Client Success & Relationship Building * Deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects Wow's standards of professionalism and hospitality. * Educate clients on the Getting Ready Guide, workflow expectations, and services photographers can and cannot perform. * Provide reliable follow-up, supporting long-term partnerships and repeat business. Administrative & Sales Operations * Maintain accurate CRM documentation for all leads, activities, and opportunities. * Track VIP program candidate progress using transaction data and identify emerging VIP prospects. * Assist with onboarding, nurturing, and supporting new clients throughout their early lifecycle. * Provide regular reporting on sales activity, client feedback, and market insights. Required Skills & Qualifications * 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (inside sales, B2B, real estate, or similar fields). * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively. * Proficient with CRM platforms and digital workflows. * Ability to manage multiple markets and prioritize effectively. Work Environment & Expectations * Standard office hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. * Eligible for office or approved work-from-home arrangements per WOW policy. * Occasional travel for trainings, meetings, or market support will be required. Compensation Notice Compensation for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the position.
