Sage Roofing, a locally owned and family-operated roofing company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners and businesses protect their properties with high-quality roofing solutions. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, performing roof inspections, presenting estimates, and closing contracts. We provide full training, marketing support, and a strong reputation in the community--your job is to connect with clients, build trust, and drive revenue. *This position is commission only Key Responsibilities * Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads * Perform roofing inspections (training provided) and document findings * Present estimates, explain roofing systems, and guide customers through the insurance or retail process * Build strong relationships with homeowners, realtors, and property managers * Maintain accurate notes, photos, and documentation using company tools * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Attend team meetings, trainings, and jobsite walk-throughs Qualifications * Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, home improvement, or construction a plus) * Strong communication and customer-service skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs (training provided) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required What We Offer * Competitive commissions + bonuses (high earning potential) * Training and ongoing support * Company marketing materials, shirts, and tools needed for sales * Locally owned environment with a strong reputation and proven workflow * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding roofing division About Sage Roofing Sage Roofing is a licensed and insured roofing contractor serving Southwest Florida.
