Lamacchia Realty seeks a Transaction Coordinator to join our fast paced team! Our Transaction Coordinators play a crucial role in managing the administrative and communication processes that take place during a transaction. This position ensures that all deadlines are met, documents are accurate, and that clients and agents receive exceptional service throughout the buying and/or selling process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Seller Transaction Coordination from time of sign-up to closing * Buyer Transaction Coordination from the time of accepted contract to closing * Following state and local guidelines, including various MLSs rules and regulations. * Following Company Policy and Procedures Document ComplianceJob Qualifications: * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with vendors and colleagues * Organizational proficiency to maintain precise records * Effective time management skills for prioritizing and completing a diverse range of tasks daily * Patience and attentive listening skills * Work well in a fast-paced environment * Have strong attention to detail and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office products * Proficient with Adobe * Ability to learn new technology quickly * Some travel is required * Must have 1+ Years of Real Estate Experience * Salesforce knowledge is a plus Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
