A mechanical component manufacturer in the area of Nashville airport is recruiting for a full-time Sales Support to join their Sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who is has Japanese language skill (JLPT N3 - N1 level). Also, this position requires you to work with clients, so you must be comfortable to communicate with them. Responsibilities for Sales Support: Establish a thorough understanding of product line features and benefits Develop in-depth clinical knowledge of mechanical components and the manufacture industry Build relationships with new business and account manage for clients satisfaction Provide product demonstrations and technical support Assist with implementing provided business plans and effectively present them in order to facilitate the purchase of the products Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience Provide administrative requests from such as CRM, expense reports, and sales reports Contribute positively to the sales team through communication and sharing Other task that are assigned by the Office Manager and the Sales Manager Requirements for Sales Support: Bilingual in both Japanese and English (JLPT N3-N1 Level) 1-2 previous Sales /Account Manager experience in the manufacturer setting is plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or International Business, Japanese, East Asian Culture and etc...(Associate might be considered) Strong attention to detail for administration task Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with proven ability to "multi-task" and problem-solve You are a leader amongst your peers and understand the importance of developing and maintaining cohesive team relationships Quick-thinking and adaptive Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Direct sales background recommended but not required Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 26 years.
