Full description of the position

OBJECTIVE: The Off Premise Coordinator provides general assistance for Off Premise Grocery & Convenience & Off Premise Independent divisions in the following areas and all other tasks assigned. East TN sales teams as included in requests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand sales department needs, and be able to work with the entire department Supplier sample requests for division/division customers that come through BUDS External/supplier catering needs Develop working relationships with key Account managers, Sales Reps, and suppliers Creation of PO Requests through direction of sales management Entry of Barrel Orders Assist Sales Leadership: * Gather and organize data * Build needed reports in Diver (including incentives, gallons reports, etc). * Maintain organized files Continually seek to improve the processes and operational efficiencies within scope of role Assist VP's, division directors and managers as needed for withdrawals and rush order communication for approvals. Back-up for On Premise & Portfolio Management Coordinators when on PTO or unavailable. Assistance with Bookings of ground travel for division trips Support division leadership with coordination of team trips with master bill for hotel. Maintain backorders for Off Premise Independent teams Coordinate with Event Organizers for upcoming Beer Events Responsible for communication activities through: * External communications and systems * Internal communications and systems * External customers and supplier systems and procedures * Sales support and materials for sales personnel * Handle sensitive information * Maintain confidentiality NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Performs all related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum AA or equivalent experience in sales Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Knowledge of office management systems and procedures including Diver, iSellBeer, Gallo Portal, PA, Infusion and Power BI Must be a self-starter and can work unsupervised at times Professional presentation, and communication skills Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & TEAMs Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creativity Pay: $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
