We have an EXCELLENT opportunity for a Sales Manager in our UPSCALE very high end Community consisting of Assisted Living and Memory Care. Located in beautiful Oceanside California! ONLY 100 Apartments ! Salary is between $82,000-$85,000 plus bonuses on successful move ins! A minimum of 2 years experience in any of the following areas of sales experience are considered for interviewing for this position; -Senior Living Sales to include ANY of the following:Assisted Living, Memory Care or Independent Living - SNF Sales and Marketing or Admissions - High end, luxury Hospitality Sales -Hotel Sales Manager -Apartment Complex Leasing Manager -Catering Sales/Manager - Home Healthcare Sales/Community Liaison - Hospice Sales/Liaison In addition to helping to fill the community to capacity by establishing and maintaining relationships in the surrounding area with those who refer to Assisted Living and Memory Care: Leads are provided directly to you and we are looking for a Successful CLOSER! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at a luxury senior living community. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the community's amenities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate environment that enhances the quality of life for seniors while driving occupancy and community growth. Duties * In addition to following up on the leads that will be given to you, Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy levels. * Conduct tours of the community, highlighting amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits tailored to prospective residents' needs. * Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners through personalized communication and follow-up. * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to move-in, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the community's value proposition. * Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM systems or other tools. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and empathetically. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within senior living or healthcare sectors. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect genuinely with seniors and their families. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and relationship building. * Knowledge of senior living industry standards, services, and regulations is a plus but not required. * A professional demeanor with a compassionate attitude towards seniors and their families.
