We're seeking a motivated and organized Operations and Sales Expert to join our team and drive cleanlinss and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Membership Sales: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships. * Revenue Growth: Increasing studio revenue through promotions and events. * Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members. * Staff Cleanliness: Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable for members. * Studio Communication: Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
