Position Overview The Mobile Store Sales Associate (Outside Sales Associate) is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on executing mobile footwear events. You will drive and operate the mobile store, assist customers with fittings and purchases, and help ensure each event runs smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales * Assist customers one-on-one with footwear selection and fitting * Educate customers on product features and safety requirements * Deliver a positive, professional customer experience * Complete accurate post-event recaps Mobile Store & Event Execution * Drive a 26-foot mobile store truck to scheduled job sites * Set up, operate, and break down mobile events * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile store * Manage inventory, replenishment, transfers, and displays Team & Operations Support * Communicate event feedback and needs to internal teams * Assist with warehouse, shipping, and internal transfers as needed * Follow company safety, DOT, and operating procedures Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Willingness to learn and take on responsibility * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * 26-foot truck experience is a plus (We provide training) * Ability to lift and move footwear inventory * Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required * Spanish fluency is a plus, not required *Compensation & Benefits Compensation * Hourly Pay: $20-$24 per hour * Overtime and event-based pay opportunities * Commission opportunities tied to on-site sales Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 (Hourly pay + overtime + commission) Benefits * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan * Paid time off and holidays * Employee discount on Boot World products Company Culture Boot World is built on teamwork, learning, and mutual support.
