Inside Sales/Customer Service jobs in San Diego, CA HS Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. jobs in San Diego, CA HS Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an individual with prior sales experience to work at our Carlsbad office. Must have great customer service skills and eager to learn about the food and supplements supply chain industry. * Research and Identify new business opportunities, Build prospect clients with sales calls, emails, networking and trade show events; * Manage existing accounts, provide customer with required product information, quotations and inquires; * Create, process and finalizing sales order, new account application and perform post-sale services. * Coordinate with our broker and trucking company. prepare shipping documents when needed for our incoming oversea shipments * Manage sales inventory and work between departments. Keep a consistent communication with our Chinese manufacture team * Rotate between sales and warehouse when needed, including move incoming or outgoing Raw martials throughout the warehouse by hand, pallet jet or forklift equipment. (will provide training) * Must be comfortable with using Mandarin Chinese to communicate with customers and vendors Qualifications The position requires: * BA/MA Degree, and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service. Industry experience is highly preferred. * Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners * Familiar with MS Office knowledge for Word and Excel Skills * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance, and meets commitments. * B2B experience preferred * Recent graduates are welcomed to apply * Candidates meeting the qualifications listed above are invited to submit their cover letter and resume.
