Part-Time Sales & Social Media Marketing Specialist Are you a self-starter with a passion for holistic well-being and a knack for both closing sales and creating compelling digital content? Active Rest is looking for a motivated individual to drive sales and enhance our online presence for our unique product-- RestR , the antidote to modern technological stress. This is a part-time, results-driven position with flexible hours. The Role: Sales & Marketing You will be responsible for a blend of direct sales activities and creative social media management: Key Responsibilities * Achieve Sales Targets: Meet specific, defined RestR selling goals through both inbound leads and your own initiative. * Outside Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential customers/partners through direct outreach and networking. * Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across key social media platforms. * Content Creation & Editing: Edit and produce high-quality visual and written content (photos, short videos, graphics) to promote the RestR product and brand message. Compensation & Employment Structure * Limited Hours: This is a flexible, part-time commitment. * Performance-Based Employment: Initial and continued employment is directly contingent upon the ability to consistently sell a certain minimum amount of the RestR product within a defined timeframe. This is a highly performance-focused role. * Competitive Commission: Compensation is primarily commission-based, offering significant earning potential for high performers.
