What You 'll Do * Meet with 8-12 pre-set, qualified homeowners weekly. * Design and sell high-end kitchens and baths that transform homes. * Work directly with homeowners to bring their dream remodels to life. * Close high-ticket sales in kitchens, baths, roofing, windows, and siding. * Exceed sales targets and establish yourself as a leader in home design. Who We 're Looking For * Proven sales professional with experience in kitchen, bath, or home remodeling sales. * Track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas. * Strong design sense and customer-centric approach - you understand how to create stunning spaces that fit homeowners' needs. * Driven and self-motivated - you thrive in a competitive environment and love the challenge of growing a new territory. * Willing to travel locally - must have a valid driver's license.
