We are expanding our team and looking for proven agricultural input salespeople to sell USDA/NOP-approved, OMRI-listed organic inputs (biologicals, compost extracts, cover crop seed, natural amendments, etc.) to farmers who want to eliminate synthetic chemicals and GMOs. This is a true "eat what you kill" commission role with no cap and extremely generous payout rates. Top performers who close 15-25 transitions per year commonly earn $150k +. What We Provide (most startups don 't): * Hot, qualified leads generated by our marketing and consulting team * Full reimbursement for cell phone, home internet, travel, meals, and lodging * HubSpot CRM + Microsoft 365 license * Trade-show booth support and fees covered * Business cards, brochures, and samples * Laptop reimbursement after 6 months of production * After 12 months of consistent performance -> transition to meaningful draw/base salary + commission Ideal Candidate * 3+ years selling crop inputs (chemical or organic) to Livestock, row-crop, vegetable, orchard, or dairy farmers * Grew up or worked on a farm (huge advantage) * Self-starter who loves the hunt and can close large, multi-year input deals * Existing farmer relationships are a plus but not required - we give you leads Why This Opportunity Is Different: There are still ~1.8 million conventional farms in the U.S.A.
