We are expanding our team and looking for proven agricultural input salespeople to sell USDA/NOP-approved, OMRI-listed organic inputs (biologicals, compost extracts, cover crop seed, natural amendments, etc.) to farmers who want to eliminate synthetic chemicals and GMOs. This is a true "eat what you kill" commission role with no cap and extremely generous payout rates. Top performers who close 15-25 transitions per year commonly earn $150k +. • 3+ years selling crop inputs (chemical or organic) to Livestock, row-crop, vegetable, orchard, or dairy farmers
• Grew up or worked on a farm (huge advantage)
• Self-starter who loves the hunt and can close large, multi-year input deals
