About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Service Sales Associate to drive growth within our Service Division. In this role, you will cultivate new business opportunities, expand preventative maintenance agreements, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized solutions. Your expertise in relationship building and HVAC systems will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities * Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, facility managers, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. * Secure preventative maintenance agreements with both new and existing customers, contributing to recurring revenue streams. * Develop, present, and close proposals for preventative maintenance and aftermarket services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs. * Promote and sell service offerings and mechanical solutions to prospective clients, expanding market reach. * Assess customer needs to develop customized service strategies that address their unique challenges. * Negotiate service agreements, terms, and conditions with professionalism, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. * Collaborate with service managers, technicians, and controls teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction. * Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities, informing strategic decisions. Qualifications Required Skills * Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills * Minimum 15 years of industry experience. * Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation. * Experience engaging with executives, property managers, and senior decision-makers. * Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses.
