We believe institutional-quality research and tools should be accessible to everyone, not just large players. The Role We're adding a U.S.-Based B2B Business Development Associate to drive new client relationships in the U.S. (both public and private companies), manage the full revenue cycle, and expand adoption of FRC's research and distribution services. What you 'll do * Own the full business-development cycle: outbound outreach, client presentations, proposal development, contract execution, and renewals * Build and manage a healthy, actionable sales pipeline with senior executives and decision makers * Represent FRC at conferences and select client meetings (occasional travel) * Coordinate with research, marketing, and IT teams to strategize and ensure timely delivery * Provide weekly pipeline and performance updates You 'll be a strong fit if you have * 2-5 years of B2B or capital-markets sales experience * Familiarity with equity research, investor relations, or corporate finance * Strong presentation and communication skills across phone, video, and in-person settings with a professional presence * Creativity in finding smart, non-obvious ways to capture a prospect's attention, such as with social media, follow up with intent, and turn interest into closed deals. * The discipline to follow up consistently and professionally * Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with in-person training or meetings in Las Vegas as needed * Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard productivity tools Bonus: CFA Level I+ or formal education in finance or business Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission Commission rates increase with volume; high performers are directly rewarded for closed contracts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Health insurance * Paid time off Location: * Las Vegas, NV 89118 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV 89118
