Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and/or services
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, orders, and post-sale coordination
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work closely with customer service, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and related activities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to work full-time on-site in Tustin
