Position: Residential Business Development Representative Company: America's Housekeeping Location: San Marcos, CA Service Area: San Diego County Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + commission (or hourly + commission) + mileage reimbursement (optional) Reports to: Owner / Sales Manager Role Summary America's Housekeeping is a professional and growing residential cleaning company , specializing in move-in/move-out cleanings, occupied homes, and specialized residential services. We are seeking a Residential Business Development Representative who is results-driven, polished, and skilled at building long-term relationships and power partner alliances within the residential and real estate community. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys networking, visiting real estate caravans, open houses, brokerage offices, and local events , and turning relationships into walkthroughs, estimates, recurring services, and upsells. Key ResponsibilitiesResidential Sales & Market Expansion * Generate residential opportunities through: * Real estate caravans * Open houses * Visits to real estate offices * Local networking events * Promote services including: * Recurring and deep cleaning * Move-in / Move-out cleanings * Upsell of specialized services : * Window cleaning * Carpet cleaning * Pressure washing * Additional add-ons * Schedule walkthroughs and on-site estimates * Convert estimates into booked services and recurring accounts Follow-Up & Relationship Management * Conduct post-visit follow-up via: * Text messages * Emails * Phone calls when needed * Maintain a structured relationship system including: * Quarterly follow-ups (every 3 months) * Sending birthday cards, holiday cards, and special touchpoints * Scheduling one-to-one meetings (coffee or lunch) * Ensure no lead or relationship is left without follow-up Real Estate Networking & Power Partners * Build referral relationships with: * Realtors and brokers * Real estate teams * Residential property managers * Develop and maintain power partner relationships with: * Professional home organizers * Window and carpet cleaning companies * Moving companies * Pressure washing providers * Create cross-referral opportunities and bundled service solutions Events, Sponsorships & Presentations * Cover real estate caravan sponsorships as required * Handle event table set-up , including: * Flyers * Business cards * Promotional materials * Lead sign-up sheets * Deliver short service presentations when requested * Capture leads and ensure timely follow-up after events How Success Is Measured * Weekly residential leads generated * Walkthroughs / estimates booked * Services sold and recurring accounts added * Revenue generated (including upsells) * Active realtor and power partner relationships * Events and sponsorships covered * One-to-one meetings completed per quarter Requirements * Results-driven mindset * Professional appearance and presence * Strong relationship-building skills * Comfort initiating conversations and asking for next steps * Organized with follow-ups and scheduling * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Basic tech skills (email, text, Google Docs/Sheets) Schedule & Benefits * Primarily field-based * Some evenings and weekends required * Full training on services and sales process * Competitive commissions and performance bonuses * Growth path to Senior Residential Sales roles How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short note explaining: * Why you are a strong fit for a field-based residential sales role * Your experience or interest in networking and partnerships * Your availability for open houses and events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,931.04 per month Work Location: In person
