This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess a preferred strong background in sales (but not necessary), particularly in the automobile industry, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. As an Automotive Sales Rep, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Because we are not commission based, this is a salaried position with a multitude of bonus structures. Duties * Engage with potential customers both in-person and through outbound sales efforts to generate leads. * Market vehicles using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) * Create engaging online content to attract customers and build your personal brand * In addition to dealership provided leads, generate your own leads through social media, online marketing, and local networking. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer preferences and requirements for vehicle purchases. * Present vehicle options and features effectively, utilizing your knowledge of inventory management and high-end sales techniques. * Negotiate terms of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving dealership goals. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups with clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including upselling additional products or services. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Skills * Preferred experience in sales, particularly within the automobile or retail sector. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a PLUS for engaging diverse clientele. * Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking leads. * Experience in high-end sales environments is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with phone etiquette for outbound calls. * Background in cold calling and marketing strategies to drive new business opportunities will definitely be given top consideration.
