Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base through strategic business development, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth across designated territories. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management to achieve measurable success in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. * Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and market research. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to the product offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, product demos, and upselling strategies. * Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies. * Experience in technology or product-based sales is preferred but not mandatory.
