Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities : * Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their requests efficiently and accurately. * Present a professional appearance. * Interact daily with customers via phone, e-mail and in person. * Enter and process customer orders. * Contact vendors to obtain pricing and lead times for products. * Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products. * Present and explain products to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner. * Provide estimates. * Plan and prioritize work to ensure commitments and deadlines are met. * Stock product, and set up displays. * All other duties as assigned, including working at other locations as needed. Qualifications * Basic construction knowledge. * Fundamental computer skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Experience quoting doors and windows. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Must understand the urgency and importance of following up. We offer hourly pay plus commission.
