Entry Level Associate Duties: * Interact directly with customers, presenting AT&T products with confidence and professionalism. * Build rapport quickly, making customers feel comfortable with their chosen solutions. * Close sales with professionalism while keeping the conversation engaging and informative. * Assist sales teams with daily operations, ensuring smooth customer experiences. * Track and report sales activities to support team and client performance goals. * Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm creative approaches to customer engagement and retention. * Maintain a positive attitude that keeps both customers and teammates motivated. * Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to deliver accurate information.
