Helping Hands Health Insurance Co. is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our growing Nashville team as Entry Level Benefits Advisors. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with clients to assess their insurance and benefits needs. * Present tailored solutions for health, life, dental, vision, and disability insurance. * Manage client relationships through effective communication and appointments. * Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development. * Maintain a client-first and ethical approach in all interactions. Training & Development: Our structured training program blends classroom instruction with hands-on client engagement over 13 weeks. You'll gain skills in consulting, cross- selling, and business development, guided by top-performing mentors who lead by example. Compensation & Benefits: * Earnings: $71K-$103K+ in the first year; $100K-$300K+ potential by years 2-3. * Bonuses: 16 annual performance bonuses and quarterly incentives. * Commissions: Uncapped earning potential with weekly direct deposits. * Residual Income: Build recurring, long-term income. * Leads: Free, company-generated client leads (no cold calling). * Career Growth: Merit-based promotions and leadership pathways.
