Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Specialist to join our dealership team. As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing our dealership's reputation for exceptional customer service. Duties * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate new sales opportunities. * Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer engagement. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to meet customer needs effectively. * Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales while maintaining profitability. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory information, and monitor sales progress. * Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue per sale. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing dealership visibility and attracting new clients. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels, new vehicle models, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. * Support inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business. Skills * Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle. * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end or B2B sales effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. * Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and maintaining detailed records. * Experience with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation campaigns. * Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control, retail math, and upselling techniques. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
