Position: Sales Associate * Location: Las Vegas, NV (mall/kiosk environment) * Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time * Schedule: Includes mornings, afternoon, evenings, weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities * Greet customers, create a welcoming and professional shopping experience * Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to customer needs * Explain and upsell ACIUM's jewelry, accessories, and photo-engraving services * Operate POS system, handle cash/card payments accurately * Keep the kiosk/store clean, organized, and visually appealing * Assist with basic inventory tasks (stocking, tagging, reporting low stock) * Maintain ACIUM's brand standards in customer service and presentation Qualifications * Must be authorized to work in the US. * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required * Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
