Job Description Our Membership Associates are responsible for reaching out to our members and assisting with Concierge-level service and answering questions about programs. We also focus on keeping the accounts active and accepting annual fees. Calls are both inbound and outbound. We strive to provide the best customer service possible to our members while keeping their accounts active and updated. The company expects each agent to meet a minimum requirement each week for commission plus bonus.
