Advertising Account Executive - Print & Digital Media (B2B) On-Site | Newport Beach, CA We are seeking an experienced media advertising sales professional to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates who have successfully sold print and/or digital advertising space and are comfortable carrying a revenue quota. This role is not marketing and is not campaign management. If your background is in managing, buying, coordinating, or executing advertising campaigns--but you have not personally sold advertising inventory --this position is not a fit. Top-performing account executives with proven media sales experience can earn mid -six figures. Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) * 3+ years selling advertising space in a B2B environment * Direct experience selling print ads, digital display, sponsored content, email, or native advertising * Proven success meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly revenue quotas * Experience prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing advertising accounts Applications without prior media advertising sales experience will not be considered. Our Advertising Platforms * Print and digital periodicals * Websites and e-newsletters * Award-winning demonstration home builds featuring advertisers' building materials Key Responsibilities * Prospect, pitch, and close B2B advertising accounts * Grow and retain advertiser relationships through renewals and upsells * Present and sell multi-platform advertising packages (print + digital) * Conduct outbound and warm outreach to generate new revenue * Manage a book of business with a focus on long-term advertiser growth * Attend trade shows and industry events (occasional travel) * Stay current on media trends, advertiser needs, and competitive offerings Compensation & Benefits * Full-time, on-site position * Base salary plus commission * 15 -20% commission structure * Year-end performance bonuses * Health insurance * Paid vacation Location Requirement This position is on-site in Newport Beach, California.
