After onboarding, the Entry Level Account Manager helps qualifying residents access essential connectivity: free smartphones, private data, and nationwide service. Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager * Guide residents through the full service journey, ensuring enrollments, device distribution, and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently. * Execute detailed account validations in sales systems to confirm plan eligibility, hardware compatibility, and proper application of credits. * Provide on-site customer support by clarifying wireless advantages such as reliable 5G performance, nationwide coverage, and tailored plan structures. * Address household inquiries with confidence, acting as a dependable resource during transitions into new mobile services. * Safeguard sensitive information by adhering to strict compliance standards and maintaining integrity in all program documentation. * Capture and analyze customer engagement data, delivering actionable insights to leadership that strengthen outreach and retention in the Huntington Beach market.
