Job Summary We are seeking motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote and sell roofing services. The role involves canvassing residential neighborhoods, knocking on doors, educating homeowners about roofing solutions, and generating qualified leads and appointments with the goal of closing sales. Successful candidates must be confident communicators in English and Spanish, comfortable with face-to-face sales, and driven by results. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct customer interaction and have a strong sales mindset. Duties * Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities * Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales activities to acquire new clients * Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation * Provide ongoing customer service support to foster long-term relationships * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities * Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline status for management review Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or territory management within roofing industry * Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Experience conducting product demos and technical sales presentations * Ability to work independently while managing multiple territories effectively * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and upselling techniques Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Referral program Application Question(s): * do you own a vehicle?
