This position is Located in the City of Vernon , CA. Monday- Saturday 5am- 1:30pm. This is for a produce company. Duties * Engage in proactive outside sales activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories. * Manage existing client accounts with a focus on building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Conduct comprehensive product demos to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating value propositions to diverse B2B clients. * Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share within designated territories, utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking interactions and pipeline management. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness in key markets. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory insights to inform ongoing strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling relevant products or services to maximize revenue. * Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement. * Support inside sales efforts by coordinating communication between clients and technical teams for seamless product integration or technical sales support. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing high-value opportunities. * Demonstrated expertise in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach that emphasizes service excellence. * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to product promotion and market expansion efforts. * Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is highly desirable. * Strong analysis skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions. * Exceptional communication skills for delivering engaging product demos and conducting effective account management conversations. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
