Valid California Real Estate License required. Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program * Collaborate with sales agents to escort clients to property showings * * Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help confirm or adjust clients' home search preferences Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients * Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities * Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines * Actively participate in team events and activities as required * Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls * * Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
