Sales Lead Overview * This is an exciting position for anyone who enjoys the fashion retail business. * Lead the sales team by example through hands-on client styling and selling. * Maintain an inspiring, fashion-forward store environment through merchandising and styling each customer * Each associate is involved in store merchandising to curate a luxury shopping experience at an affordable price. Store Lead Qualifications * Sales focused and fashion forward. * Energetic and positive personality with excellent communication skills. * Ability to engage on the sales floor with customers. * Experience with styling or wardrobing clientele. * Currently based local to the store location.
