Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 Commission Responsibilities: * Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate * Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price * Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales * Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Qualifications: * Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone * 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry * Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently * Possesses a real estate license * Board membership required About Company * Why Keller Williams At KW, we believe success is achieved through people, training, and culture.
