GIGACOMPUTING is searching for a qualified Inside Sales under our GIGAIPC department. GIGAIPC specializes in the field of industrial computing and MiniPC. Job Responsibilities: * Manage inside sales activities for GIGAIPC accounts, mainly focus on e-commerce accounts. * Handle assigned accounts on a daily basis, ensuring consistent communication and support. * Monitor the status of ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely progress. * Prepare and deliver weekly reports on account status, highlighting key updates, challenges, and opportunities Job Requirements: * Basic knowledge of computer components required * 1-3-year related experience is required * Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required * Minimum high school education * Good Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Good attitude toward self-development and professionalism Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
