T-Mobile Inside Sales Position: Mobile Expert Avg-High performing Sales Associates earn: $23,000 - $65,000 +/Yr Skye Communications, a T-Mobile Premium Retail operating locations, we are family owned and operated and looking to immediately fill several Mobile Expert positions in our locations across the valley. * Mobile Expert Position: The Mobile Expert greets & assists customers as they visit the retail location. During time between customers the team maintains the appearance of the location, collaboratively share ideas to improve results, and stay up to date on the latest from T-Mobile and the industry. Mobile Experts are hourly employees with a generous compensation plan in addition to their base hourly rate. Compensation is Hourly & Commission. We promote internally as much as possible, with a current internal promotion rate of just over 85%, prior to the pandemic this was over 95%!
