Overview Elevator modification and maintenance contract sales on a commission base. Ownership opportunity available. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience with CRM software and territory management. As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Duties * Conduct B2B sales and manage territory accounts through direct and inside sales channels * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives * Present product demos and conduct technical sales to prospective clients * Develop strategic plans for territory management and business development * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Collaborate with management on sales strategies, market analysis, and campaign planning * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and generate new leads Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technical or product-driven environment * Strong background in account management, lead generation, and customer relationship building * Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client data * Demonstrated success in negotiation, product demos, upselling, and closing deals * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required * Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for business growth * Prior management experience or leadership skills are advantageous but not mandatory Join our team as a Sales Representative to leverage your expertise in technology sales, B2B engagement, and territory management while contributing to our company's growth.
