What You Will Do * Strategic Outreach: Conduct face-to-face and digital outreach to Business Owners, CEOs, and Heads of HR across the San Diego region. * Relationship Building: Introduce the ONYX value proposition: simplifying the PEO quoting process and auditing current setups to find 15-40% in hidden savings. * Consultative Selling: Learn to identify pain points in a company's HR and payroll infrastructure. * Pipeline Management: Use provided high-level sales tools and CRM to track leads and move prospects through the funnel.
